For that the name of the plate is Auberette but for real is Courgelette!

You will not belive me but for sure it has been a good job and it was delicious!

Talgiatella allo spinacio sgomberato.

La cucina è la stanza dei piaceri dove le regole non esistono.

L’ improbabile chef Martino, dalla cucina del flat londinese in un quartiere di Hackney si cimenta nella cottura di un piatto di tagliatelle agli spinaci e sgombro e senza molto badare a tempi di cottura o rigorose regole da gourmet riesce nell’intento della sopravvivenza culinaria.

Le limitate possibilità di acquistare cibi genuini in una metropoli come Londra sono lo specchio di una realtà non molto lontana in tutto il globo. Lavorando per mantenermi gli studi e sostenere la costosa vita della metropoli non ho quasi tempo per fare la spesa, così, piuttosto che arrendermi ai facili microonde e il pessimo street food mi adopero con quello che riesco a rimediare e cerco di divertirmi mentre cucino.

Il piatto che andiamo a preparare oggi sono tagliatelle allo sgombro e spinaci. Ma fidatevi il piatto è davvero ottimo.
